TalkViaLink Prohibited Content Policy

By using TalkViaLink as either a seller or buyer, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in immediate termination of your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, for any reason and without prior notice.

Age Requirements and Minor Protection

All images uploaded or shared on the platform must feature only individuals who are 18 years of age or older, without exception. No content featuring, depicting, or including minors in any capacity is permitted on TalkViaLink. This prohibition is absolute and applies to all forms of media and communication on the platform.

Prohibited Content Categories

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on TalkViaLink and will result in immediate action against your account. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, any child safety violations such as exploitation, portrayal, discussion, or depiction suggesting involvement of anyone under 18 years of age. This includes any references to childhood or adolescence, use of terms such as "Lolita," or anything related to minors in any context whatsoever. Additionally, no media featuring children's items, imagery with individuals under 18, or any content that could be interpreted as involving minors is allowed.

Incestuous content of any kind is strictly forbidden. This includes any content involving or suggesting incest or incestuous fantasy, including scenarios involving step-relations or in-law relations. Underage roleplaying and age play are strictly prohibited in all circumstances. Content involving bestiality, animal abuse, or animals in sexual contexts is not permitted, including animal images on clothing, filters, or emojis when used in sexual or suggestive contexts.

Non-consensual content is absolutely prohibited. This includes any depictions, discussions, or fantasies about rape, non-consensual acts, abduction scenarios, forced intoxication, or any other content that depicts or glorifies lack of consent. Content depicting dangerous practices such as penetration with four limbs bound, blood play, knife play, needle play, edgeplay, and similar dangerous activities is not allowed on the platform.

Life-threatening content including depictions or suggestions of necrophilia, simulated executions, or any content implying permanent harm or death is strictly prohibited. Extreme fetish content such as castration, penectomy, amputation, sounding, toilet activities, ABDL content, animal cruelty, fisting, and the use of racial slurs or racially derogatory content is not permitted.

Drug-related content is prohibited on TalkViaLink. This includes any involvement with, depiction of, or promotion of illegal drugs, medical marijuana, 420 culture, or drug paraphernalia. Content that implies a willingness to violate our policies, such as advertising "anything goes," "no taboos," "no limits," or "no restrictions" services, is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination.

Additional Prohibited Activities

Prostitution and sex trafficking are strictly prohibited on TalkViaLink. Users must not use the platform or its services in any way to engage in, facilitate, promote, or arrange acts of prostitution or sex trafficking. This prohibition includes using the platform to exchange personal contact information or arrange face-to-face meetings for sexual services or companionship in exchange for money or other consideration. Any evidence of such activity will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

Trafficking and exploitation of any kind is strictly prohibited on TalkViaLink. This includes any content or activity that promotes, facilitates, or depicts human trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or any form of forced participation. Self-harm content is not permitted on the platform, including any depictions, promotion, or glorification of self-injury, suicide, or eating disorders.

Doxxing and privacy violations are strictly forbidden. Users may not share, threaten to share, or solicit personal identifying information about other individuals, including but not limited to real names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, financial information, or any other private details without explicit consent. Impersonation of any individual, organization, or entity is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

Hate speech, harassment, and discrimination of any kind are not tolerated on TalkViaLink. This includes content or behavior that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic. Harassment includes but is not limited to threatening behavior, bullying, stalking, unwanted sexual advances, and persistent unwanted contact.

Fraudulent activity and deceptive practices are strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: misrepresenting credentials, qualifications, or expertise; making false claims about services or outcomes; using manipulative tactics to solicit payments or tips; impersonating licensed professionals (such as therapists, doctors, or lawyers) without proper credentials; and any form of financial fraud or scam targeting other users.

Unauthorized recording or distribution of private communications is prohibited. Users may not record, screenshot, or distribute any video calls, voice calls, or private messages without the explicit consent of all parties involved. Violators will face immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

Use of artificial intelligence (AI) or automated systems to generate content, impersonate users, or automate conversations is strictly prohibited. All profiles, media, and chat interactions must be authentic and created by the account holder. AI-generated images, videos, deepfakes, or automated chat responses are not permitted.

Off-platform contact solicitation is prohibited for services that violate this policy. Users must not use TalkViaLink to arrange face-to-face meetings or off-platform contact for prohibited activities, including but not limited to sexual services, illegal activities, or any content that violates these guidelines.

Service Delivery and Appointment Policies

Sellers are expected to honor all scheduled appointments and deliver services as described. If you fail to show up to several appointments without valid reason or proper cancellation, you may face penalties including account restrictions, reduced profile visibility, or account termination. Repeated no-shows demonstrate unprofessional conduct and harm the platform's reputation.

Buyers who arrive late to scheduled appointments may have deposits or fees deducted at the seller's discretion. Sellers may set their own policies regarding late arrivals and cancellations, which should be clearly communicated in their service descriptions.

Sellers must deliver services that match their service descriptions as closely as possible and within reasonable expectations. If your service description states that you will perform specific activities or provide certain content, you must deliver on those promises to the best of your ability, provided they are legal and comply with all platform policies. Misrepresenting services or failing to deliver what was promised may result in account penalties or termination.

Content Monitoring and Enforcement

To ensure the integrity, compliance, and safety of our platform, TalkViaLink employs a comprehensive content monitoring system that combines automated systems with human moderation. Automated tools may be used to detect potential violations of our Terms and Conditions, including all categories of prohibited content outlined in this policy. In addition to automated monitoring, our moderation team may review flagged content and investigate user reports to enforce our policies effectively.

Any content found to be in violation of these guidelines may be removed immediately, and appropriate action will be taken against the account holder. Such actions may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent account termination, depending on the severity and nature of the violation. This proactive monitoring approach helps us maintain a secure environment for all users and aligns with industry best practices for platform safety and compliance.

During investigations, we may suspend access to content or accounts while reviewing suspected violations. Users may request a review of suspended content by contacting our support team. We will work to resolve investigations promptly while ensuring thorough review of all evidence.

Law Enforcement Cooperation

TalkViaLink is committed to maintaining a lawful and safe platform. When illegal content is detected on our platform, we may cooperate with law enforcement authorities and provide necessary information to assist in investigations and prosecutions. We take our responsibility to report and address illegal activity seriously and will work with appropriate authorities to ensure violators are held accountable under applicable laws. We fully cooperate with any law enforcement agency investigating alleged child exploitation, sexual abuse of minors, prostitution, sex trafficking, or other criminal activity on the platform.
