You will purchase credits to use on the platform, and these credits will be deducted once a chat or call takes place, or per message or tip depending on the activity you engage in. Our pricing structure includes flat rate pricing, per minute pricing, and per message pricing depending on the type of service. We do not offer refunds in most cases, as sellers dedicate their time to be available for you and their time is valuable. However, we recognize that technical issues occasionally occur, and if a verified technical problem prevented you from receiving the service you paid for, we can help. Please send us the transaction ID, date and time of the chat, call, video, or other service, the username of the person you chatted with, and a detailed explanation of what happened. Feel free to submit a billing question through our contact form, and we will review your case and respond as quickly as possible.
