TalkViaLink Community Guidelines
Welcome to TalkViaLink. These Community Guidelines outline the standards of conduct expected from all users of our platform. Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, account restrictions, or permanent bans at our sole discretion without prior notice.
Age Requirements and Verification
All users must be at least 18 years of age to use TalkViaLink. Users in Alabama, Mississippi, Nebraska, and Wyoming must be at least 21 years of age. All participants appearing in images, chat, video, or any other content on the platform must be verified adults. Any content that suggests, implies, or references underage individuals is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Zero Tolerance Content Violations
The following types of content will absolutely not be accepted on TalkViaLink. These violations may be illegal and any account found engaging in these activities will be banned and terminated immediately. Additionally, violations may be reported to law enforcement. Zero tolerance content includes child safety violations of any kind, including any content involving or referencing minors. Incestuous themes, including step-relations or in-law scenarios, are prohibited. Non-consensual content such as depictions of rape, abduction, or forced intoxication is strictly forbidden.
Bestiality and animal imagery in sexual contexts are not permitted. Dangerous practices including blood play, knife play, fisting, and edgeplay are prohibited. Life-threatening content such as necrophilia, simulated death, or lasting harm is strictly forbidden. Extreme fetishes including castration, toilet fetishes, and the use of racial slurs are not allowed. Drug-related content including 420 culture, illegal substances, and drug paraphernalia is prohibited. Policy violations such as advertising "no limits," "no taboos," or "anything goes" services will result in immediate termination.
Authenticity and Verification Requirements
TalkViaLink is a platform for real human interaction. The use of chatbots, AI-generated profiles, or automated messaging systems is strictly prohibited. All users must be real, verified individuals. Do not impersonate other people, including celebrities, public figures, or other users. Do not create accounts using another person's identity, fake identity, likeness, or photos. All interactions must be conducted by the verified person behind the profile, and violators will be permanently banned and blocked from the platform.
Prohibited Conduct and Harassment
Harassment and misrepresentation are not tolerated on TalkViaLink. Users must not harass, stalk, threaten, mislead, impersonate, spam, scam, or promote unrelated services or content. Do not ask for or give out personal contact information in an attempt to take interactions off-platform. Do not copy another seller's profile, images, or content. These actions violate our community standards and will result in account restrictions or permanent bans.
Seller Requirements and Responsibilities
All chat sellers must be at least 18 years of age and pass our verification process. Sellers are classified as independent contractors and are responsible for all content they create and share on the platform. Do not post duplicate content or spam the site with repetitive listings. All communication and payments must stay on the platform without exception. Do not engage in self-referrals or use fake referrals for commission gains. Do not reuse or replicate content from other sellers. Sellers are expected to provide original, authentic content and maintain professional standards at all times.
Payment and Refund Policy
All purchases on TalkViaLink are final. Sellers are paid for their time and expertise, and once a chat session or content has been delivered, it cannot be refunded. In certain circumstances, such as confirmed technical issues that prevented service delivery, we may provide account credit or return funds at our discretion. Chargebacks are taken very seriously and filing a chargeback without first contacting us through our support channels will result in permanent account closure. Initiating chargebacks violates our Terms of Service and puts your account at immediate risk of termination. If you have billing concerns or disputes, please use our contact form to reach our billing department before taking any other action.
Off-Platform Contact and Payment Prohibition
Users are strictly prohibited from sharing phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, or any external contact methods on the platform. Offering or requesting off-site sessions, payments, or any attempts to bypass our payment system is a serious violation that will result in account suspension or permanent blocking. All interactions and transactions must remain on TalkViaLink to ensure safety, security, and compliance with our policies. This rule protects both buyers and sellers and maintains the integrity of our platform.
Content Moderation and Enforcement
All content on TalkViaLink may be reviewed by both automated systems and human moderators to enforce our policies and ensure compliance with community guidelines. Content that violates our policies may be removed or blocked without prior notice. Repeated violations or serious breaches of our guidelines will result in permanent account bans and may be reported to law enforcement authorities when illegal activity is suspected. Off-Platform Conduct
What you do outside of TalkViaLink still matters and can impact your standing on our platform. If you harass other users, spread hate speech, damage our brand reputation on social media or elsewhere, or engage in conduct that reflects poorly on the TalkViaLink community, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your account. We expect all users to maintain respectful and lawful conduct both on and off the platform.
Media and Image Requirements
All images, videos, audio recordings, and other media posted on TalkViaLink must feature only individuals who are 18 years of age or older, with no exceptions. Content must not include children's items, toys, or references that imply youth or underage themes. Misleading imagery, AI-generated depictions of minors, or ambiguous appearances that could suggest underage individuals are strictly prohibited. Content Quality and Category Standards
Do not flood categories with duplicate listings or engage in spamming behavior. Do not post irrelevant, low-quality, or misleading content that does not fit the appropriate category or subcategory. Content should accurately represent what is being offered and should be placed in the correct section of the platform. Do not advertise competing services or attempt to redirect users to external platforms. Maintaining high-quality, relevant content helps create a better experience for all users.
